HI! My name is Pamela Dyson.
I have worked in the Henry County Revenue Commissioner’s Office for 19 years in various capacities.
I began as a Mapping and Appraisal Clerk, then as an Administrative Assistant in the Revenue Commissioner’s Office, followed by the Personal Property Appraiser. In 2012, I was awarded the Alabama Certified Personal Property Designation.
In November 2020, I was humbled to be elected as Henry County Revenue Commissioner, and extremely excited on the recent passage of the Alabama Certified Tax Administrator Exam.
I have been married to my husband, Paul for 21 years and we are the proud parents of James, 20 and Kayla 17.
I really appreciate AAAO welcoming me with open arms where I have thoroughly enjoyed the conferences that provide a great way to learn and network with the vendors and our constituents. I am so honored to serve as AAAO Secretary for 2023-24!
