Real Property Appraiser, Barbour County Commission
The Barbour County Commission is now accepting applications for a full-time position as Real Property Appraiser with benefits. All applicants must possess a valid driver license and be insurable. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in Accounting, Business Management, or Finance is the minimum requirement. Starting hourly rate will depend on experience and education.

Appraisal and Mapping Administrator, Marshall County
The Marshall County Commission is now accepting applications for a full-time position as Appraisal and Mapping Administrator. All applicants must possess a valid Alabama driver's license and be insurable. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in business administration, accounting, taxation, law, property valuation or related fields plus five years of progressively responsible experience in property appraisal, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Applicants must have three years of supervisory experience, be 21 years of age, and hold a current designation as an Alabama Certified Appraiser.
