A Message from our President, Leigh Ann Fair
"I would like to take this opportunity to thank each member for allowing me to serve on the Executive Board in the past and now as the President of the Alabama Association of Assessing Officials (AAAO) for the 2014-2015 year.
The Alabama Association of Assessing Officials in partnership with the Alabama Department of Revenue and the Auburn University Center for Governmental Services continues to focus on professional development and education. Working together we provide support in the development of educational courses; we offer two conferences annually, midwinter and summer; we also provide a District meeting annually. The AAAO focuses on developing knowledge and skills stipulated by our professional field, promoting a high level of integrity regarding State and national standards, and serving as a medium for our members to discuss and address job knowledge and trends.
I will continue to serve you to the best of my ability and look forward to a wonderful year. As always please contact me with any questions, concerns or suggestions.
