A Message from our President, Stephanie Plunkett
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Members of the Alabama Association of Assessing Officials for allowing me to serve on the Executive Board the past four years and for the honor of serving as your President for 2015-2016.
The Alabama Association of Assessing Officials in partnership with the Alabama Department of Revenue and the Auburn University Center for Governmental Services continues to focus on professional development and education. Working together we provide support in the development of educational courses; we offer two conferences annually, midwinter and summer; we also provide a District meeting annually. The AAAO focuses on developing knowledge and skills stipulated by our professional field, promoting a high level of integrity regarding State and national standards, and serving as a medium for our members to discuss and address job knowledge and trends.
